About
Hansard Heating & Cooling
In 2002, after working for a large heating and air
company in the Atlanta area
for many years, I started Hansard
Heating &
Cooling. These are
the principles which have
guided my company since day
one:
Provide Quality Work and
Stand Behind It
Most people would agree that getting their job done right is
their number one priority. I
have been interested in
machines, and "how they
work" for as long as I
can remember. My
education, on-the-job
experience, and lifelong
interest in machines, all
added to my attention to
detail, have allowed me
to achieve a very successful
track record for providing
quality work. My company
literally is my name, and I
intend for the name Hansard to
always be associated with
quality work.
Respect My Customer's Time
I know what
it is like for someone to tell
you they'll be there, then
they don't show. I want
people to respect my time, so
I respect
other's. If I make an
appointment with you, barring
an emergency, I will be there
to take care of your
job. I try never to let
any customer go to bed with a hot
house in the summer, or a cold
house in the winter. In
fact, though I do have
published hours of operation,
I try to accommodate
everyone's schedule by meeting
before and after those set
times. If
you are on a tight schedule,
let me know up front so if I
see there is going to be a
problem with keeping the time
we set, I can let you know as
soon as possible. Every job is
important to me, and I won't
compromise the quality of my
work by rushing.
Ask a Fair Price for My
Work
Because
my company is small, and I
keep my overhead under
control, I am able to
price my work very
competitively. Do keep
in mind though, the heating
and air conditioning trade is
a state licensed
profession. This
required years as an apprentice,
stacks of reference
books, hours of test
preparation and testing, as
well as annual continuing
education and license renewal,
all of which require a
substantial financial
investment. In addition,
working with heating and
cooling equipment is not
without risks. If you
get an extremely low bid on
your heating and/or cooling
job, you might want to check
on that person's licensing and
insurance.
