Air Duct Cleaning

Air duct cleaning is the professional removal of dust, pet hair, mold, pollen, and debris that build up inside your home’s heating and cooling ducts over time. Technicians use powerful HEPA vacuums, rotating brushes, and compressed air tools to scrub every supply and return ducts, the blower, and coils. The result is cleaner air flowing through your home and a more efficient HVAC system.

Dehumidifiers

A whole-home dehumidifier removes excess moisture from the air throughout your entire house by integrating into your HVAC system (usually ducted to your furnace or air handler). It's ideal for humid climates, basements, or homes prone to dampness, maintaining comfortable indoor humidity levels (30–50%).

Air Duct Fogging

Air duct fogging is a quick sanitizing treatment that sends a fine, EPA-approved disinfectant or deodorizing mist through your entire duct system while the HVAC fan is running. The fog coats the inside of the ducts that helps prevent mold, bacteria, and viruses, and eliminates odors in 15–30 minutes. It does NOT remove dust or debris—it only disinfects and freshens the air.

High-Efficiency Air Filters

A high-efficiency air filter is a pleated HVAC filter designed to capture smaller particles than standard filters, improving indoor air quality by trapping dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, bacteria, and even some viruses.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Dryer vent cleaning is the professional removal of lint, dust, and debris that build up inside the flexible or rigid vent pipe that runs from your dryer to the outside. Over time this lint clogs the vent, making your dryer work harder, take longer to dry clothes, overheat, and become a serious fire hazard. A technician uses special brushes, high-powered vacuums, and air tools to completely clear the entire vent line, restoring safe airflow in about 30–60 minutes.

UV Light Installation

A UV light is a small, powerful germicidal lamp installed inside your HVAC system. It shines constant ultraviolet light that kills or disables mold, bacteria, and viruses as air passes by. It helps keep your coils clean, prevents microbial growth in the ducts, and improves overall air quality without any chemicals or maintenance from you.
